It is a must-see destination for culture lovers and archeology enthusiasts. This classical city of the world was hidden until the 1860s. The most famous structure of Ephesus is the Temple of Artemis. The temple was largely destroyed in the 5th century but the ruins can still be visited. Terraced houses were the homes of richest residents of Ephesus.
